How it works
Spring, Summer, Autumn
The year is split into three 4-month series. Each is its own competition with its own league table and prizes.
Your top 6 performances score
Run any number of races or parkruns in a series — only your six best age-graded results count toward your score and league position.
Three series = one Grand Slam
Your year score is the sum of your three series scores. Prizes go to series winners and to the overall Grand Slam champion.

Age grade % score system
Run parkruns or races to earn points
Race as much as you like, we'll count your best 6 performances towards your series and overall year scores. We sync with parkrun and local timing providers to load your race results.

Compete for top spot
Climb the league
Accumulate race points to fight for position with your fellow athletes, the top places per season earn prizes.

Hit the standards
Bronze, silver, gold & elite
Earn a standard at each distance from your age-graded result. Achieve every distance in a season to unlock the overall Hexathlon badge.
